Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
From the moment we arrived by the parking lot, in the lobby, guest services, bell person, all of the on-site amenities(The Club is Amazing!), every point of contacts are are all 5 star levels. We've been travelling all over North America from 3 stars - 5 stars and this is the one that we call our reference point for all around services. Been here more than a few times to celebrate birthdays and weekend getaways with the families, and definitely looking forward to come back again in the future.

The service and ambience the moment you walk in is great! The main lobby was already decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful, the employees are so helpful and absolutely felt welcomed. This time around we weren't able to use the facilities because we were out and about exploring but we are definitely coming back next time.

This is a great spot for shopping at the outlets or visiting wineries. We love the health club and the dining options too. We had wonderful treatments at the spa during a previous stay. Returning next month for holiday winery events!
