We flew in and droppped baggage at noon. Were told we would get a call when room was ready and that didn’t happen. Otherwise, bed was comfy and very roomy and central location was convenient.

Rooms were very nice. Hotel is safe at night. They are currently working on the garage area, but there is plenty of parking. Not sure why the restaurant wasn't open while we stayed there. Eaton Centre just a block away.

The location was easy walking to get around the city. Dining options are limited near the hotel and the hotel does not have dining on property. Perhaps the hotel could provide dining options upon checkin.

Great location. Walkable to a lot activities. We also took public transportation easily from the Cambridge. Staff was very nice and helpful. We received a bottle of wine upon checkin. There are convenience stores within a block and many restaurants. Parking was easy, but pricey. The restaurant on property was closed during our stay. Would definitely stay again.
