In this ideal location just off the Mountain Road between the ski slopes and the village, you'll be treated to a pair of decks (one covered and one open), as well as a Napoleon fireplace that you can curl up next to as you watch movies on a Smart TV. Enjoy such wonderful, shared amenities as an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Then, come home to thoughtful details that include a Fujitsu air conditioner, wide-slat cherry wood floors, a Speakman luxury showerhead, and free wi-fi and mobile device charging lamps.
The condo is located just five miles from the scenic slopes of Stowe Mountain and Mount Mansfield, the tallest mountain in Vermont. This condo also enjoys a tranquil setting only two miles (a five-minute drive) west of Stowe Village and five miles (a 10-minute drive) southeast of Stowe Mountain Resort. You can stroll down the hill to catch the free trolley that runs between the village and the slopes or enjoy some of Stowe's best restaurants and breweries (including Picasso and The Alchemist), the renowned recreation path, various specialty shops, and the Stowe Farmers Market within walking distance. In the wintertime, take your pick of 116 trails and 12 lifts on the slopes of Stowe; come summer, you'll have your choice of three nearby golf courses, ZipTours, scenic gondola rides, and world-class hiking and mountain biking at Stowe.

Starting Friday, December 20, 2024, due to necessary repairs to the retaining wall, the parking lot for Buildings F and G will be closed during the winter months. We anticipate the repair work to be completed by spring to early summer 2025. As a safety precaution cars are not being allowed to park in F and G lot. Please note that the retaining wall is for support of the parking lot and does not affect the condominium structure.
Alternative Parking Arrangements:
To accommodate you during this time, there are designated over 20 parking spots in the following areas:
*Tennis court driveway
*Across from the office and check-in area
*For added convenience, a stairway has been constructed from the tennis court driveway leading directly to the entrances of Buildings F and G.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
