Due to damages from hurricane Helene, North Breakers is in the process of replacing their roof and AC systems throughout the complex. Currently the anticipated completion date is late January-early February. Due to this ongoing work , the association has restricted rentals through 1/31/24. Additionally, the North Breakers Homeowners Association has approved an upgrade of the community elevator. Work will continue into mid-February 2025 (and possibly longer). During this period, the elevator will be unavailable, and rates have been adjusted accordingly. 3 Staircases are available for unit access.
