Winter Travel: Use 4WD or snow chains. No refunds for weather-related issues or power outages. PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A GENERATOR.
House Rules: No parties or large unsupervised groups. Guests must be 25+ to book.

Additional Notes:
Starter kit provided (paper products, coffee, hand soap); guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays.
Outdoor amenities (BBQ grill, patio furniture) are unavailable during winter.
Cameras (Ring doorbell and floodlight) monitor the property exterior for your safety.

Important Information

Trip/Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip or cancellation insurance, especially if your stay falls during the winter months or if you're concerned about possible cancellations.

Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our property and guests, we have a Ring video doorbell facing the street and a Ring Floodlight camera monitoring the driveway. These cameras record whenever motion is detected.

House Rules & Booking Requirements:
1. A signed vacation rental agreement is required by the county.
2. Guests must provide a photocopy of government-issued identification as part of the booking process.
3. A $500 security deposit is required. You will receive instructions to authorize the security deposit via a secured link, which will place a hold on your credit card before your arrival date.

Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
