Exceptional Arrival Experience at this Hotel!
We loved the service given to us by Daniella and her team when we checked in. Though we didn’t say much, she was able to anticipate we were there for celebratory reasons and provided an exceptional arrival experience which is definitely 10/10 on all fronts. Our disappointment was in the breakfast service. The staff were generally nice but the food refill rate was extremely slow especially the popular ones. It was much better in our previous stay.

Room was good. a decent size. bed was okay. I mentioned my VIP tier in expedia but the guy checking me in said he could not see the tier on my booking, even after I showed him my print out. so no benefits there. we didn't mind too much, as he said the hotel was fully booked & thus no room upgrade available. we were given a room in the 17th floor. what annoyed me a bit was the reservation was clearly for 2 adults and 1 kid, but we were only given two towels. every single day of my stay, I had to request for one extra towel. how hard was it to make a note for room service to provide extra towels? they did give me extra towels every time I asked for it, but then room service would remove the towels and I had to ask again. location was excellent. right next to tang lin mall so easy to get food. but there wasn't much to see in that mall to be honest. the hotel was very close to the MRT, too. overall we enjoyed our stay.
