We felt very safe at this property. Also, it was easy to get good sleep. The Hotel was very quiet. Left early for work and they had security in the parking lot.

Stayed here the night before leaving for my Alaskan cruise. Staff were friendly. Allowed to check in early and get some rest. Shuttle driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Inn is usually good. The only gripe I have is that the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well. I can feel the dirt all under my foot when I go in there. Housekeeping did not wipe the floor down at all.

I paid for a reservation with a king bed and got a queen bed instead. It was paid weeks in advance and they didn't honor what I paid for said they were sold out of king beds.

I liked this place for a quick layover between my flights however, the first room I was checked into, the bathroom was locked and that was an inconvenience because I had to switch rooms when I needed to get some rest. Otherwise I don’t have any other complaints

I thought about taking off a star as they were redoing the tile in the lobby for this entire stay, not a big deal slightly inconvenient luckily there was an alternative door as I’m uncomfortable walking through someone’s work, nevertheless, I would stay there again it was clean the staff were great, room was nice and the location fit my needs.

Clean and convenient
The hotel was convenient and clean. The room was tight on space. But enough for 2 people. The room seemed to be updated recently. The breakfast was fine. The staff were ok, I asked for a later checkout (extend by an hour), but it was denied just quoting the hotel policy.

Currently they were under construction. The room we got was very clean & perfect for two people. The staff were really sweet and friendly! Parking was great. Not much noise as I thought given we were close to the freeway. It’s a good spot and near many places if you’re driving. It’s also like 20ish min away from Seattle. So that was great! I would definitely go back!

Unprofessionalism at its finest
I called from Seattle airport to request a pickup for transfer to the hotel. Once transferred I was not greeted by the staff at the desk because of construction workers everywhere. I was never informed that there was construction going on and I would not be greeted upon arrival The van transport was very kind and helpful. He found someone in the back to help me. The guy that helped me presented with Halloween face paint on and asked me my name without greeting me. I gave him my name and ID and credit card. He proceeded to take it in a back room where I couldn’t see him. At that point I had no idea what he was doing with my information as I could not see him??!! He returned with my card and ID and handed me my room key with a post it with my room number on it. 403 He never explained where the gym was, hours for the gym, breakfast hours, directions to my room. I never signed anything either electronically or otherwise. I found out things on my own. Upon checkout at noon I looked for a business center but found out there is none. I had a later flight but had no choice but to leave the hotel as there’s no front lobby to sit and relax?! The transporter transferred me back to the airport and even offered to take me to a book store so that I could work . He was the only silver lining in this horrible experience The unprofessionalism is at its highest at your establishment. I can say with confidence that I will never stay at this specific hotel again.
