To one side of the room is a sleek kitchenette with streamlined modern cabinetry and necessities that include a refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's also a glass-top dining table for two, a flatscreen TV with Roku streaming capability, and free WiFi throughout the studio to keep you connected.

Enjoy a short walk to Lowman Beach on the Puget Sound and to 138 acres of Lincoln Park. This retreat is nestled into a quiet neighborhood and boasts a walkable location to restaurants (Zeeks Pizza), coffee (Caffe Ladro, Starbucks), and bars (Beveridge Place, Whisky West) at nearby Morgan Junction. You'll also be close to Vashon Ferry, Alki Beach, the Water Taxi to downtown Seattle, and many other Seattle attractions. Our stay at the treehouse

We thought the house was cute, clean and well set up. But we noticed that the entry door lock was not fixed as you said it was and that it would have been easy for someone to break in.for someoe to brebreak

The property has an obviously broken front door, and a very loud mini-split unit (we wondered why there were ear plugs available) that kept the climate comfortable but noise was noticeable. Otherwise, very clean, well-appointed, easy to find, in a nice area, safe, and amenities close by.

Pretty, BUT.....

TERRIBLE heat pump noise - vibrated on and off all night. Sounds like a Harley cranking up right outside the bedroom wall. Was told that is normal operating nose - BALONEY. I own several heat pumps and NONE of them make that noise. Shower backed up - was told to wait 3 days. When I fussed I was told that I would have to drop what I was doing an hour away and drive back to meet the plumber. Apparently no one else has a key (or is willing to do anything). LOTS of "light pollution" all building surrounding this place have BRIGHT automatic night lights that FILL the apartment with light even with the blinds closed. You can freely walk around inside at night with the lights off. Tried turning the porch light off - it kept coming back on. Management was terrible, did not return calls as promised. No more for me. VACASA was a pitiful un-needed layer of non-communication.

Arrival was tedious; Parking is a challenge

Good with potential. The free early check in was misleading and the house was not clean even after arriving at allowed check in time (not early check in). Although credited for our cleaning fee it effectively cost us a whole evening. There are some little organizational changes in the house that would help. THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE IS THE PARKING. Free street parking right in front except for the parking is continually consumed by patrons of 3 PUBS in close proximity.

Quiet Stay Close to Amenities

For being so close to restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping, this studio felt quiet and secluded. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like extra k-cups for the machine and extra pet waste bags. The biggest security concern were the French doors, which could be opened even after being locked.

Not impressed

Received one medium size bath towel and four hand towels for two adults for six days. Repeated requests for more hand towels went unanswered. Kept our food in the refrigerator since there were ants in the kitchen. With fees included, room was close to $175 a night. I am sure you could do better elsewhere.

Wonderful studio but very noisy

The studio was immaculate with detailed attention to comfort—except for the very noisy heat pump which went on every 15 minutes for 3-4 minutes and sounded like a train coming through or a large semi-truck parking outside. The problem is that the pump itself is mounted on the exterior of the wall next to the bed—hard to sleep the first night. I almost cancelled the rest of the stay but did get used to it. My husband wasn’t kept awake though he agrees it was loud. We’d love to recommend the studio to friends if something can be done about the noise. Two other things just for your info: the outlets next to the sink don’t work and a manual for the dishwasher would have been helpful.

Cute & Cozy!

Cute and cozy little studio! Close to the city and great restaurants. There was a loud humming that would come from the garage and vibrate up the wall. It was a little hard to sleep. Everything else about the place was great! Starbucks & grocery store across the street.

Trendy Studio in West Seattle

Studio was clean, had plates/utensils/etc to use in the kitchenette, and was relatively close to downtown. Only downside was there weren’t any instructions on where we could park our car.

Perfect studio in West Seattle

I had two nights away at this cute studio. Walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants. It was easy to find, clean and quiet. I will stay there again the next time we plan a trip to Seattle. Thank you for a great place to stay!
