Beautiful hotel, kept spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It really is a stunning experience staying in the hotel. The only downfall I would say is that due to the room and bathroom floor being marble, it can get quite slippy when wet. Also there is a soap tray at the side of the bath that serves no purpose (as there is a pump soap dispenser above it) and I cut myself off the side of it when coming out of the bath.

<30 min from Malaga airport by taxi. Across the road from beach. Hotel lovely and staff very helpful. Nothing to fault. Several restaurants within easy walking distance - largely flat. <15 min walk to old part of town. Quite a bit of outdoor foliage, that is close to seating, particularly if you have one of the garden rooms on the ground floor as we did. Recommend you take insect repellent as insects quite active around dusk. Would definitely stay there again. Ideal for short break.

Terrible staff ruined the whole experience.
Beautiful hotel, great facilities, lovely room really no complaints except the security and pool staff. They treated guests like animals, spoke down to us, long queues for towels. Asked for an extra towel for the baby was refused. My wife ate some sweets by the pool and was told off and then had security patrolling up and down by our beds in case she ate them again! Such nasty people. It’s a shame as the hotel is beautiful although the pool area was alittle crowded overall had it not been for the pool/ security staff it would have been a great trip!

Beautiful, comfortable hotel and room. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive to their guests. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, cathedrals, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic location. The only problem was finding the driver way/entrance. Signage was not good, so we drove in circles. Gorgeous lobby. Too bad we were only able to stay for one day…didn’t get to use the amenities.
