The area was not in good condition. No light in front door. Bugs all over. Bathroom very bad. I try to contact manager or property owner. No answer. I had to live after one day to check in another place Because I am allergic to bugs. No reply from whoever responsible.

Great Host - Location Ideal for Santo Domingo
Host was very helpful, Location to include amenities of building were very convenient. Rooftop Gym and Pool were very ideal and accommodating. I was there for 3 weeks and it was perfect for my needs.

I think the place is wonderfully located. Secure and awesome views from pool and balcony.
I absolutely loved it! There's a small market with essentially everything you need. There's also a pharmacy downstairs. The only issue I had is they give the address to Catalonia Hotel and you will not be staying there. You'll actually be staying next building over.

Full service building, great location and AMAZING pool
Ivan's property is a large 1 bedroom with a great set up. Good closet space; very clean and a resident assistant, Kevin, who was great and assisted with a couple basic requests. I would definitely stay here again. It's a newer building with good AC (not in the charming colonial zone, but much less risk of problems with the property). Uber anywhere from here in 2 min. Colonial zone, for example, is 5 minutes away. Overall great! Would definitely stay here again.
