Great location! Short walk to a metro stop and lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our room had a kitchen and living room and plenty of space. Checking in/put was sinple and the staff are very friendly.

This hotel was perfect. It was walkable and there is a grocery store/pharmacy near by. The heat in our unit didn’t work so we were cold but that was a minor issue

Hotel is a converted apartment building. Rooms were very clean but getting a little long in the tooth. Staff was very nice and helpful. The main negative, and this is not the hotel's fault, is there is an open air drug sanctuary in front of a building literally ½ block away. Not a good look. They kept to themselves and I really did not feel unsafe walking past it with my daughter during the daytime but I would absolutely avoid it at night.

I had read negative reviews and was sceptical about the property and was pleasantly surprised. It’s convenient. The biggest drawbacks are wait times for elevators and limited linens, lousy pillows, and the shower water is lukewarm.

Good stay but didn't like that the faux leather couch was making a mess in the room. The cushions were drastically peeling. I don't know if it's specific to certain areas too but our water was barely warm while we showered.

The view from our 21st floor room was fantastic. It was much quieter than anticipated for being in the center of the city. We found the room to be large and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in the room which saved some money on meals. Though this is no fault of the hotel property, there was quite a lot of public drug use in the area. Recreational drugs are legal in Canada, and their use is ubiquitous. The smell of canabis is everywhere. And there were a surprising number of homeless people sleeping in tents and on the ground in the surrounding parks and even on public sidewalks. In spite of this, we never felt unsafe, though we were very aware of our surroundings at all times.
