At first sight looks like an apartment building and once inside our room looked like an apartment turned into motel. Which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay, house cleaning could have been better at cleaning. Staff were great and enjoyed the sense of humor.

It's not high end but it was very clean, rooms are weirdly huge, like little one-bed apartments... maybe I got lucky? Staff were nice and genuinely helpful. It's a nice enough area as well, it has some significance to the Toronto LGBT community, a couple sneaky good restaurants, and a convenience store right across the street. I was here for work and no desk so less than ideal but can't really hold that against them, but if you are working maybe go somewhere else

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Smooth quick check in, qreat help with some small print jobs, storage of luggage at checkout, arranging a flat fee extremely comfortable taxis to the airport, etc. The room we were in had been revived and looked much like the photos. Comfortable bed, spacious unit, full size fridge, etc.

Rooms were nice but a bit out dated. Rooms could use some painting, dirty in some places, toilet tank cover broken and insecure. Fridge was noisy due to intake air vent very filthy . Staff very friendly. Location was great, a lot stores and restaurants nearby.

Room was very nice...living room area...kitchen all appliances needed. There were dishes and cutlery for 2 people. Bed was very firm but have found that to be the case with most hotels we have slept in.

The suite was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredible, even looked after our luggage after check out and loaned us a room to freshen up in before our overnight flight thanks to all of you. Will definitely stay again.

I did extensive research on the downtown area, which is chock full of very expensive hotels, like the W, which is four blocks away from Town Inn. The hotel is in the middle of a LGBTQ friendly area (known as The Village) and has multiple, inexpensive restaurants. It is about three blocks from the subway line that gets you to and from the airport. ALSO, if you do the Red Bus Tour to Niagara Falls, the tour company will pick you up at the hotel. My sister and I stayed in a king-bedroom apartment (full bath and kitchen) that also has a sofa. Because were were unable to get a 2-bed room, she slept on the sofa and the staff were wonderful about setting us up with an additional duvet, pillows and blankets. We were able to stock our refrigerator with drinks and snacks, and there is a Dollar Store a couple of blocks away, as well as a mini mart across the street. Town Inn is truly a little gem, and the staff were just FANTASTIC. A special shout out to Sania, who was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and seemed so happy to assist us. A GREAT place to stay!!

Could have been excellent!
Room was great and well laid out. Bed was super uncomfortable and very noisy with regular movements while sleeping. The worst was that the gym was located directly above our penthouse suite room and the slamming of weights first thing in the morning was unnecessary. Made it very unpleasant. The bed combined with the gym noise drops the experience of the stay considerably.
