Great stay for two nights! The property was in a great location, staff was helpful and friendly, and the overall cleanliness of the property was great. Only negative was the extra fee we were going to be charged for the valet service due to our cargo box on our car. We ended up taking it off and throwing it into our car to save and extra $90 on top of the base $80 a day. Overall, stay was great and no complaints!

For 1 night in San Fran the location was great. 5 minutes walk down from Lombard st and 5 minutes further to fisherman’s wharf.

We stayed in the section of the hotel that was currently being renovated, so it was a little out of sorts. What stood out above anything else, though, was the staff, especially the front desk staff. They were friendly, bright, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their interaction with guests. Thanks for making it a great stay!

It's great if you have kids.

This would be a great place if you have kids. The industrial book isn't for me and there's no room service, no pool and parking is ridiculous.

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which felt late to begin with. The room wasn’t even ready by then, so there was an additional wait. They are renovating part of the hotel, so it looked a little less nicer than it could have. The room view of more hotel rooms wasn’t anything desirable to look at either. On the plus side, it is a pretty quick and easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, which was great. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Very cozy room, cutely decorated which included a sofa and a dinning table. Clean and not noisy although we were in the room opposite the lifts. We asked for parking and it was very expensive for guests.
