Great location

Upon arrival with two other families, both other families received a room right away, and my family did not have a room available. I had to put my things in the other family‘s room until one was available for us. The room was clean and spacious. There was a note about “city noise“ and how they had provided ear plugs if needed, however, the earplugs were not there. And the room was very noisy through the night. Garbage trucks, delivery trucks, etc.… We were on the first floor right next to a garage that was getting deliveries all night long. My favorite part about this hotel, though is its location. It’s a great location to all of the tourist spots you would want to go to. And this was the ultimate reason for choosing this hotel. I would probably stay here again, but would request to be on a higher level and also bring a sound machine, earplugs, etc.

I am very disappointed with my stay. My room is next to the broken window room and the whole night, I am able to hear parking garage open in and out. The hotel guest should have told me and give a better room.

Great stay for two nights! The property was in a great location, staff was helpful and friendly, and the overall cleanliness of the property was great. Only negative was the extra fee we were going to be charged for the valet service due to our cargo box on our car. We ended up taking it off and throwing it into our car to save and extra $90 on top of the base $80 a day. Overall, stay was great and no complaints!

Nice and convenient

For 1 night in San Fran the location was great. 5 minutes walk down from Lombard st and 5 minutes further to fisherman’s wharf.

We stayed in the section of the hotel that was currently being renovated, so it was a little out of sorts. What stood out above anything else, though, was the staff, especially the front desk staff. They were friendly, bright, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their interaction with guests. Thanks for making it a great stay!

It's great if you have kids.

This would be a great place if you have kids. The industrial book isn't for me and there's no room service, no pool and parking is ridiculous.
