Parking Fee and staying in the second building may be quiet but it is far away from the breakfast area which is inconvenient especially if it was raining or super cold

Good stay.
Checkin was quick and easy. They DO charge $10 per night parking for some reason. Bed was comfy. Room was clean,but smaller than expected. Train track behind hotel,and toy can hear the trains . Breakfast is good. Either bacon or sausage,eggs or omelets ,yogurt,bagels, toast..etc.

This hotel is sufficient if you have nowhere else to stay. The room was clean, the staff was partly rude and partly polite, the breakfast was scant - they provided the bare minimum. The buildings are beside a train track, and the trains are loud. They charged an extra (large) fee for a late checkout which again was stingy - 1pm, where most hotels allow a 2pm late checkout for free. Should you stay? If you have no other options it will do in a pinch. If you have other options, take them. Personally, I'll never stay in another La Quinta again.
