Good location and pretty clean. A bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that’s quieter if they have any. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Rental bikes are limited but complimentary for 4 hours, enough to tour the close by attractions but non of the bikes have space to carry another younger passenger. Very small room, a bit different than the website listed 320 square footage so not sure if we got downgraded somehow or just false advertisement. Daughter saw two drunk people fighting at night but other than that, the property is at a safer area location in SF.

Location was great!! Property and surrounding area is decent. Middle of fisherman’s wharf and Ghirardelli square. Parking came with the room price and it was underground which felt safe. Rooms were mostly clean though we did find a beer bottle top (which didn’t belong to us) in our room and hairs in our bathtub but otherwise overall clean. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well!

This was a rare and fabulous find! The location was perfect for all things tourist! The hotel is bright and fun with very friendly staff and tons of things for the kids to do! We are already planning our return trip! Breakfast across the street at Eight AM was also a delicious find!

Really liked the location of this hotel. Room was fine no issues. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room but available downstairs near reception in the morning so could get some there. Kids really enjoyed the games area. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the free use of bikes. But in fact they only have 3 bikes available for the whole hotel, so we couldn’t use them as a family which was a shame. The ‘happy hour’ in the bar area was not good value either. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Very convenient. Easy parking. Game room provided good entertainment. Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Excellent location. Lighting in room was subpar. Very dim. Hotel needs better coffee shop and food. All food is prepackaged. Would like more fresh food

Property was very clean and inviting. We felt welcomed the entire stay. Excellent and friendly staff. Easy walk to the pier. Public transportation was easy to navigate from hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. Quiet with great staff, incredibly friendly people throughout the hotel. Plenty of activities in the lobby including milk and cookie hour each night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is excellent, friendly staff, great location near Fishermen’s Wharf, spotless clean, large rooms with nice furniture. And all for a reasonable price. Public transport is easy, bus 30 to downtown, bus 28 to Golden Gate Bridge and the historic tram line F brings you to the ferry building and along Market street.
