Not as described
There are many reasons not to stay there. Main reason is safety no lock on the door going downstairs to the yard. People living underneath and others in other apartments on the property could have access to the house. Cobwebs on the fireplace and dirty and in a bad part of town. I didn’t stay there because when I went inside I noticed all these things.It did have a nice view of the city and is a little secluded but you are not up there alone. The views were very nice.

This properly is absolutely amazing. I was able to see all the way to the ocean from the balcony. Granted it's a good distance, but you can see it. The properly is nice and private. Beautifully situated with views for days.

Poor stay
We are in our seventies. The property had one television but no service. We needed to have our own streaming service subscription, which we do not have. So we had no TV for the stay. We could have had great hotel rooms for the price. I have used bedandbreakfast.com many times very successfully. Now that it is vrbo, we will not use again.
