We had the opportunity to do a long-term rental here and our experience could not have been any better. Proximity to everything you could want on Mission Beach. Great communication with the Property Manager -they even returned items we accidentally left behind.

Perfect location!
This is our second time staying in Mission Beach and this was an amazing location with killer views. The property worked perfect for our family and was walking distance to nearly everything we did. The property manager was also very responsive. Will definitely stay again

It was right on the beach, which is what we were wanting. It was clean, which we haven't always experienced. We were very pleased with this stay In this unit. There is foot traffic and volley ball in front, but our view and access to beach was always there. It was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed it

Our stay at Mission Beach was great! The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for check in and check out. We loved the location on the boardwalk, and provided parking was helpful. The twin beds were not firm and not very comfortable, and the condo is on the older side, but overall it was a great stay

Really enjoyed our stay right off the boardwalk/beach. Great location! Within walking distance to Belmont Park, shops and restaurants. Being from Phoenix, not having A/C was an adjustment. Overall great vacation!

Location was perfect for our family. Close to Belmont Park. It was a heat wave that week and unfortunately no air conditioning so it was actually cooler to be outside because the inside felt like a sauna. Loved the amenities and having a place to rinse off. Plenty of beach towels. There was only one boogie board but the neighbors let us borrow theirs so both kids could go at the same time. Kim introduced herself and was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen daughters). Everything was as advertised and listed. Fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, exceptionally clean and the perfect location in Mission Beach. We loved that it was south of the park in a less busy area but you can easily walk to the restaurants. The property managers are quick to respond and friendly and helpful. The patio and 5 star reviews are what sold us on this listing and they were 100% accurate. The patio and location of this property is awesome. Thx for a great experience.

We stayed here over spring break including my wife and two boys ages 10 and 17. The property was just as advertised with absolutely no surprises. On the morning of our final night we had a bit of an accident in the kitchen were a glass plate exploded because we kept it too close to one of the oven burner and glass got into the kitchen disposal , causing it to fail, completely our fault. We texted property management and they immediately had someone out who repaired the unit while we went and had lunch at the beach. Kimberly, the manager, was very helpful throughout the stay. We would and probably will go back over the summer and would stay in this exact unit. Also the beach and surrounding area was very quite during the evening.

Every detail was thought of including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coffee!!! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!! Great location. Wasn't very comfortable with the contract they required. Certain terms were not reasonable what so ever. Also found it frustrating the contract was sent to me after I passed the date where I was not able to receive a refund. The contract should have been provided much earlier in the process. Ultimately, I did sign the contract and stayed at the place and was happy with the stay. There was also too many "rules" posted all over the condo. It was not very welcoming. Good price. Poor business practices.
