Overall the hotel was centrally located and had nice amenities including pool and hot tub. But the outside lighting was very bright and shone into windows at night as well as being fairly noisy as it’s located on near highway.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff is great. However, I have to say there is limited disabled parking spaces. I had a hard time getting parking that would allow me to walk a short distance for my difficulty in walking. Also, during breakfast the kitchen would not refill the trays and often times there was not enough food for everyone. Those 2 things really bothered me and it’s the reason why I won’t grade it a 5 star.

Good Family Hotel - Hot Tub & Pool

The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to USD. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Very clean, and it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Very nice for families.

Nice clean hotel with a few hurdles to jump.

Girls trip. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and even had gluten free options. The elevator emergency system accidentally got pushed by the luggage cart. It took 12 min for an operator to answer the call. That was very unsettling as we knew if their was a real emergency it would take a long time for a response. Also there is not enough parking for that large of a hotel. The parking is very narrow so navigating around other vehicles was very tedious. There wasnt enough handicapped parking spaces either. We ended up in overflow parking which has no room to turn around in or to back up. Also, you have to pay $25 a stay to park their. Even in a handicap spot.

The property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Yolanda was especially cheerful and friendly when we checked into the hotel.
