We had an unexpected stay here after missed flight on Thanksgiving day. Everyone went above and beyond to make our Thanksgiving the best it could possibly be. From the front desk staff, to Jessie in the bar/restaurant/, to the shuttle driver everyone was extremely kind, responsive, helpful, and overall wonderful. Im so happy we ended up staying here and would stay here anytime I’m in San Diego.

Room with balcony was nice, though balcony was a joke. Could bearly sit in the patio chair. Nice walkable area. Quieter than expected for being next to airport. $21 rate for parking is a rip off for those driving.

Like the location. Close to a park, walkway along the water which is lit up at night. Room was nice, comfy beds and quite. Coffee in the room as well as a fridge. They have a shuttle to the airport also.

The staff was incredible. I ended up getting really sick while i was there and they let us stay in our room a little longer. The shuttle to the airport was fantastic and very prompt. I would.stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was really clean. The rooms were very clean.
