Great weekend getaway
Long time visitor of Liberty Station but first time guest at the Courtyard Marriot. Check-in was easy, and a room was ready even though we checked in early. Although the balcony was small (the width of a chair) we still had a partial view of the water. The room was clean and had all the typical amenities. The bed was comfortable and the blackout shades helped us sleep in. Parking isn't free but there were enough spots. The hotel in a great location. It's across from a large park with paved and unpaved walking paths. There's a kayak and SUP rental directly outside the hotel and it's within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Be wary that it's across the bay from the airport, but once inside your hotel room, you don't notice.

The customer sevice and location were excellent. The room itself was just great. Here is where my problem started...I was put in a handicap accessible room which wasn't requested. The issue with my stay was that the bathroom wasn't draining properly, so the bathroom was wet the entire stay. The front desk was informed and was supposed to send someone to fix it but it was not fixed. Having to walk around water in the middle of the night was not fun.

Really liked the property. Loved the location. Rooms were not huge but fine for a couple. Cute restaurants and shopping nearby. Bed was decent. It was clean. The groundskeepers were loud in the morning and we had first floor rooms. Had laundry room which we ended up needing-exploding pop in car. We would stay again.
