We got to the hotel for the pool and breakfast, but they had no pool, so we left too early for breakfast. The last one who checked me out was pleasant. The guy there last night was not even trying to be helpful. I'm very disappointed.

Decent place to stay outside of Sacramento
The area changed for the worse, not really the hotels’s issue, but lots of druggie and homeless at the nearby good area, hotel was comfortable, but the area felt less safe than the last time we stayed.

There should be a lesson taught at this establishment about proper customer service. Staff seemed too preoccupied to acknowledge the guests, they just offered stares. Hotel was ok, the bathroom was cramped and outdated.

I liked that it was a very clean hotel. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that one of the outlets to charge your phone or Apple Watch was not functioning. Other than that I give this hotel a 10/10
