Nice hotel with private beach

We had nice relaxing 12 days at this resort. The pool is big and the sea a few steps away. All of the staff were very friendly and interested of your well beeing. Free wifi all over the resort.Not that good was that you can only smoke at the cigar bar and the food was a little bit costy. But we took the free shuttle service to the near village and there we had enough choices for good food.

Bel hôtel idéal pour se reposer

Pros: Plage, piscine, calme
Cons: Le service, pour un 5 étoiles est trop aléatoire surtout pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est aimable (sauf une serveuse), il faudrait un manager.
Location: Pas grand chose à visiter, impression d'être un peu prisonnier de l'hôtel mais le but était de nous reposer et de nous détendre, c'était parfait
J'ai apprécié ce bel hôtel car la plage est magnifique, le lagon également. C'est très calme, la piscine est agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, celles face à la mer sont à mon avis les mieux pour la vue. Si je devais apporter une critique ce serait au niveau service car pour un 5 étoiles à ce prix là, je recherche l'excellence. L'attente avant d'être placés par exemple pour le petit déjeuner est rendue intolérable car on vous salue à peine, le personnel continue de discuter sans vous regarder... De même l'organisation pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel n'a pas de rôle affecté, chacun sert et dessert, vous réclamez un café, le serveur va servir toutes les tables autour de vous qui n'ont rien réclamé et vous, vous attendez, on vous oublie. Le ménage en chambre : on oublie une fois l'eau, une fois les tasses, certains produits de toilette. Ce n'est rien vous allez réclamer on vous les apporte mais encore une fois pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas tolérable. Les prix des repas sont trop élevés pour le pays ainsi que les excursions. Le personnel de l'hôtel est néanmoins sympathique.
