The resort was nice overall. Very large pool and a lot of dining options. The fitness center was a little small but worked for the time we were there. The staff was really friendly and accommodating for any issues we had. One downside I will say is the housekeeping not cleaning up room service plates and mattresses out in the hallways. Could use some improvement there but overall good resort.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The beach was stunning, and the entertainment shows were very fun and engaging. Our room was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the restroom, which could have been a bit more spacious. Room service was great, although there were some disturbances after midnight with people being loud in the lobby and hallways, which could have been addressed by hotel staff. The food selection at the all-inclusive resort was fantastic, and the sweets were amazing! We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, where chef Jose made our dining experience so much fun with his cooking skills and personality. The only area of improvement would be the gym, which was surprisingly small for such a large hotel. The equipment was outdated, and there were limited benches available. Plus, the gym closed at 8 PM, which was a bit inconvenient. I'd like to have a special thank to one person who stood out with his great service. Jesus! He took such great care of us throughout our stay. He was always available to handle any request we had and did so with a warm and welcoming attitude. I really appreciated his kindness. Additionally, check-out was smooth, and Yoderlin made it extra special with her friendly and warm demeanor. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana!

I do like the resort and the staff, but the cleaness and the support for the rooms are terrible, the staff of the bars and restaurant are great, but the food isn't that good!
