We loved everythong about this resort from the felicious food and drinks, the staff were all so welcoming, to the clean rooms. We felt very safe as staff was everywhere to assist us. The lobby to the beach was not far of a distance, which is where we spent the majority if our time.

Only thing that was disappointing was Destination Services transport to/from the resort. We were given instructions with incorrect information about where to find the representative - and when we finally found him in the theatre of all places, he then confirmed our return transportation. But when we were leaving and waiting for our scheduled transportation they never showed up. Customer service claimed we never confirmed our transportation but eventually got us a driver but we nearly missed our return flight. I don't know where the mistake was made but unfortunately I won't be booking through Travelocity again because this situation could have easily left us stranded at the resort.

This place is a 10/10. The entertainment was amazing!!! The food was delicious. Room service was top tier and the staff IS WHAT MADE IT THE BEST VACATION IVE EVER BEEN ON. So when we got to the lobby we meet THE SWEETEST man ever names Antonio! He can always be found in the main lobby. Antonio took us to our room, seat up our wifi and made sure to make me and my fiances birthday magical! Antonio set up the room with flowers, wine and cake!!! It was something you see on social media lol. After that we meet Dolcelina at night. She is a waitress in the main lobby and she keep our drinks full, she even remembered our order after our first night!!! Thats amazing given all the people she helps. Literally an angel! And at the pool we meet the three best server on the WHOLE RESORT. Marlene, kelvn and our man Alisinio!! Marlene was the sweeting waitress Ive ever had. She too remembers our drinks and always checked on us. Alisinio and kelvn are the MVP OF THE POOL BAR! They were quick, funny and always had great memory of our favorite drinks lol. And the best towel man was Ramon. He made sure we stayed dried and always had a smile on. Ive never felt so comfortable with stranger before that I wanted to stay longer just to hang around them! So attentive and passionate baby if they ever leave id never come back. Lol Those 5 made our stay so magical and warm! Give them all a well deserved break and raise!!! Absolute GEMS OF THE AMBAR.
