Can't beat value for views and pool

This was fantastic value and considering that I had great view and a lovely terrace on the roof with pool and sunbeds. 24 hr reception. Nice feel to place.

Basic accommodation - isolated and no parking

For an overnight stay on a business trip this was just about acceptable. Would have been disappointed if id have booked more than one night here. The hotel is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac with no parking. Had to drive around for 20 minutes to find a parking space because there are so many vehicles in this predominantly residential area. Ended up having to park 10 minutes walk away. Local facilities are sparse and whilst there was one small supermarket about 500m away it closed at 9pm. Lighting in the room was very poor. One of the bedside lights did not work and the main light was a light-strip integrated into the mirror. The general decoration and furnishings could do with a little attention. I would not stay here again.

I will come back here again

Perfect hotel to stay. Very nice people,very helpful, specially at the reception. The room was big with a nice view. Always nice and clean after the cleaning servise. Really got that they have a restaurant in the hotel,so don't need to go far if you are hungry. Food was excellent. I really loved to stay there. Very good price for what you get.

Nice little hotel, just a stopover. Room was a little 'tired' about time for a renovation, but clean and everything worked - maybe a kettle would be nice, we boiled water for tea in saucepan. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice and reasonable price. Staff are all very helpful and speak some english which always a bonus.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar...

Vriendelijke personeel, niet goed onderhouden kamers (badkamer armzalig), Slechte bedden, (veldbedden). Ik zou niet meer daar komen tenzij noodgeval. De zwembad te vroeg dicht! Gehorige kamers, er wordt nog tot laat herrie gemaakt door andere gasten. Opzicht weinig te doen in het Noorden.

Eenvoudige kamer, wel zeer ruim, keukentje, terras. Proper en prettig gelegen, wel een stukje de heuvel op wandelen, zwembad op het dak is prettig.

Hotel mit Dachpool in Puerto Cruz

Meine Freundin und ich waren 1 Woche im Hotel. Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet, aber für den Preis sehr ordentlich. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, wer jedoch nur eine Basisstation zum Übernachten sucht, der braucht auch nicht mehr. Das Licht in den Zimmern war leider sehr grell und hellweiß, sodass keine Gemütlichkeit aufkam. Der Balkon war groß und für ein morgendliches Frühstück gut geeignet. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem einen Kühlschrack sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile, sodass man auch ein einfaches Frühstück selbst machen kann.

Buen estado general del hotel, y del servicio.

No tengo grandes quejas, buen servicio del hotel, buenas habitaciones, limpias y zona agradable. Lo único a mejorar: las cisternas (poca presión de succión o de expulsión de agua) y el termo (el máximo que alcanza es agua tibia, nunca caliente).
