Stayed many times over the past 10 years but this trip will be our last. Stuck out in the back of beyond next to a construction site to the side of the building. Complained to front desk due to the noise level from 8am to 6pm every weekday and requested to be moved but all concerns and comments were disregarded and they basically couldn’t care less. Absolutely terrible stay never to be repeated!

This property has the Santorini vibe going for it and the property itself seemed to be well maintained. The staff were amazing. Another great thing about the property was the fact that it has many restaurants on the water with many dining options and great drink prices. Also, they had a supermarket in the hotel for people who want to either save money or get an early start on their day. Now for the negative part of this. My room had roaches it it. I made a complaint to the front desk, and I believe they sprayed but the roaches were still around. It seemed that the resort was fully booked, so I dealt with the insect issue. Parking for this hotel is mostly on the street and not too convenient for this property. My reason for choosing this property is I wanted a place that was not geared towards the drunken party scene with an upscale feel. The Golf Del Sur area delivered just that. They need to address the insect issues. That is not the high standard for American hotels or travelers!

Lovely apartments very spacious clean and modern, complex has everything you need great system for booking sun beds and plenty of entertainment if you want it, few local reataurants and a pub and many more restaurants within a half hour costal walk which has a very good path and is lit at night

Enjoyed our stay at Santa Barbara. Comfortable one bed apartment with pool and sea view. Grocery shop on site, walkable to restaurants in either direction along coastal path. Would highly recommend.

Overall beautiful accommodations. Taxis are needed to get around. Very limited housekeeping. On the third day the opportunity was missed to get clean sheets, so for ten days we did not get any new sheets , were told we would need to pay extra to have that. The taxi from the airport was 18.95 euros. That was fine, except, when leaving we asked if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport , they said yes. 30 euros , so we decided to take the taxi . We also bought several tour packages from the company in the lobby of the hotel. Atlantico. Some of them were not as good value. Again, the accommodations were beautiful.

We loved our stay at Santa Barbara Golf And Ocean Club, the staff are brilliant and the two bed apartment was much bigger than we expected, well equipped and boasted wonderful panoramic views across the ocean and shoreline. We loved the pool bar for food and drink. The evening entertainment and pool did the job. There are No sand beaches to speak of near by but wonderful swimming, snorkelling and fishing can be enjoyed from the picturesque volcanic rock outcrops and pebbled shores. Several good restaurants within a five min walk, and a nice fishing village with loads more circa 30mins walk along the seafront (accessible) boardwalk.

Stayed here for a week with our 9 year old twin granddaughters. Spacious clean apartment, had all we needed. A bit noisy at night due to bar and music but that did not affect our sleep. Kids play area was small but the girls liked it. The pool got busy, so head down early and you have to book a sunbed so get to the kiosk early. Shirt walk to shops and various restaurants, 30 euros for a taxi to the airport and same for Siam park, was a bit far down for Siam park tbh, as taxi 30 euros each way . Jungle park similar taxi cost. Twins slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable.

My only complaint is check in is a lengthy process but there was no queue so that helped . I missed out on the one bedroom apartments so I paid a little extra and got a 2 . 3 bathrooms 3 tvs lots of balcony space though it was mostly taken up with furniture. Everything you need for self catering plus iron and board. Once you find your way round it’s easier . I am going back

This hotel was one of the best parts of my trip. The facilities are amazing and there were a plethora of activities to do both in the day and night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations of what we could do in the local area. Our room had everything you could need in it with a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and equipment you could ever need!
