Duquesa Del Mar Sea and Marina View luxury apartment with Air Con situated on a small friendly, well maintained 5 Star complex. This two bedroom spacious apartment comprises of a large sea view double bedroom with en-suite with large walk in shower. A second double bedroom can be set up with 2 single beds or king size bed and second shower room, also a double bed settee in the lounge allowing this apartment to sleep a total of 6 people comfortably.
The apartment has a large terrace area, self catering kitchen and free wifi, allocated underground parking space.

There are lifts throughout the complex allowing easy access to all areas, including large pool area and children's pool, which is heated all year round.

The apartment is on the popular seaside area of golf del sur which has a great variety of restaraunts and cafe's as well as a large shopping area which comes alive at night with live entertainment.

Welcome to Duquesa del Mar. Please enjoy your stay with us. Please remember that this is a residential complex, in other words this is our home. We would ask that you observe the following rules, most of which are just common sense.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCE

Please refrain from excessive noise or disturbance that might inconvenience other residents particularly late at night. (e.g. loud music, TV or late parties). IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR NOISE TO CONTINUE AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT.

BALCONIES

Please do not hang clothes or towels over the balustrades of balconies. Clothes should be dried using the drying rack provided. Cleaning balconies should be done first by sweeping up excess dust and then by using a mop and bucket. Water hosepipes should not be used in any circumstances.

SWIMMING POOL AREA

Pool Opening Times: November to February 09.00 to 18.30
March to October 09.00 to 20.00

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
BALL GAMES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON ANY PUBLIC TERRACES
Music players and radios are not allowed around the pool area unless headphones are used.
Drinks are only permitted in plastic glasses or containers.
Please take ALL litter away when leaving the pool area.
Up to a maximum of three inflatables are allowed in the pool at any time. Users are expected to show courtesy and consideration to people wishing to swim, and must ensure that inflatables are removed from the water when not being used.
Any inflatables left in the pool area outside of pool times are liable to be destroyed.
The leaving of towels on sunbeds to reserve them is strictly not allowed.
There is no charge for using sunbeds, but all sunbeds should be returned to the place they were collected from before leaving the pool area.

LIFTS

Capacity indicated in each of the lifts should never be exceeded. Children under 14 years should always be accompanied by an adult. Smoking is not permitted in the lifts.
In the event of a lift failure, pressing the emergency bell will connect you to the Thyssen Krupp service centre, who will advise further. Emergency number is 922 736082

RUBBISH

Household rubbish must be taken in sealed plastic bags and placed in the Basuras provided. These are situated at the front of the complex near to the Bestbuys supermarket, and to the right of the rear gate on the roadside. Dustbins should not be placed in communal areas (e.g. on landings, corridors etc. The waste bins around the complex are not to be used for household waste as this creates a health hazard.
Please do not dispose of nappies, sanitary towels and tampons in the W.C.

ANIMALS

Dogs are not allowed outside the apartment area except when in transit, and then must be carried. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not feed any stray or wild animals.

DAMAGES

The cost of repairs for damage to the communal areas caused by owners or their guests may be imposed under the Articles of Association and Law on Joint Freehold.

Great Apartment
This is a large apartment with fabulous outside space including an amazing afternoon / evening sun trap with sun loungers. The pool area and the complex as a whole are also excellent. Communication was first class and it was lovely to be met by Alan at the apartment who was super helpful.

We are just back from a 2 week stay athe apartment and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped and spacious and has a great balcony area. The bathrooms and kitchen could possibly do with being updated but didn’t annoy us. There was some light/moderate noise from bar below on occasions but this also didn’t bother us and was over by 12 am. It certainly didn’t affect our sleep or the child with us. Very friendly community atmosphere at complex and well looked after with lovely heated pool 😊 Plenty bars / restaurants within walking distance as is los Abrigos , lovely wee fishing town Would definitely book again

Great location, store below provided for our specific dietary needs. It would be good if the terrace gate was lockable. We would have left more windows open through the night. Noise from the bar below was not a problem for us. Would definitely return for another week sometime in the future.

Family holiday - Duquesa Del Mar - Golf Del Sur
Had a fantastic holiday at the Duquesa complex. Mike’s apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed - was like a home from home! Loved it! The area is ideal for golfers. As a family we prefer a more tranquil location to be based and are happy to drive 10 minutes to bigger resorts if/when required. Had a good few nights at the Wildgeese Irish Bar which is on the complex doorstep - great fun! Mini market and restaurants close by too. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back again in the not too distant future. Thanks for a great holiday! ☀️

Nice apartment with a few flaws
The apartment is large, airy, and in a good location for local restaurants. However, the pub one floor below with outdoor seating and games is very noisy at night until about 1:00am. (If you are a party person, this is your place.) The apartment needs to be cleaned, especially the bathrooms, and maintenance/updates performed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.

Apartment was very comfortable and convenient for all amenities did have problems with shower and lady looking after property did try to resolve but unfortunately still leaked up till departure. Bathroom very badly needs updated shower door keeps falling of guide at bottom Sister in law hit twice with door . Cooker did not work properly and oven controller had to be moved about to make it work then switches off after 45min . Management co very un helpful when reported oven did not see anyone for 3 days and then told us just to fiddle about with it . Also said if wanted bed changed to wash sheets and replace ourselves . Never again would we stay in that apartment. Have stayed in over 7 different apartment in this complex and this is far the worse in complex.

Perfect location for all amenities in golf del sur, outside space just perfect .
Great for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including washing machine and dishwasher. TVs in main lounge and both bedrooms not many english channels but that wasn't an issue. Comes with underground parking space with lift to apartment. Only one negative was that the bathrooms were a little tired.

Beautiful complex, fab apartment.
This has been our first time in Tenerife and we have loved it, I usually do a package holiday but this time decided to go with Home&away, I'm so pleased I did. Number 7 duquesa del mar fantastic spacious apartment with a lovely view of the sea. My kids loved it and want to come back again. I would definitely recommend this apartment and most definitely recommend anyone thinking of using home&away do so. Golf del sur is beautiful very picturesque and only 15 mins from South Tenerife airport therefore only around €15 for a taxi. We've had some very reasonably priced lovely meals especially in The Taj Indian restaurant where we went twice it was so good. Going home today sadly but we will be back one day.

5 star appratment with great view on the ocean and amazing pool.
What a great expierence! First of all property owner and manager both been great help. Property owner responded to messages quickly and with quick resolutions. Property; Beautiful place to stay. Very airy appratment which accommodated 6 people easily. Two double beds in two bedrooms. Large mirrored wardrobes and chest of drawers. Nice selection of books. Clean appratment but some areas in the shower could cleaned more. Pool: Clean and beautiful. We went to peak time but still had plenty of lounges to use. All areas are locked by the key to prevent strangers to get in to the pool. Area: Beautiful place around to stay. Beach near by but not sandy. Just stones not good for swiming. Very quiet and friendly area even considering night bar below appratment. Which finishes working at midnight. Along the beach is many restaurants to eat out. However this place will be boring for people seeking intense night life. Would recommend to anyone with the families or older generation people. Beautiful place and 5 stars to the owner. Thank you ❤
