Located on the third floor of the East Side of Paradise Shores, Unit 303, is a great place to sit back and enjoy the view.  This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is a single level unit with and has great views of the beautiful beaches located a short walk across the street. Nicely decorated, your party of 8 will enjoy all that is offered here while on your vacation. With a large kitchen and open living space, it’s perfect for the whole family to spread out.  

Paradise Shores features a fantastic pool deck as the center-point of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and exercise facility. There are also two floors of covered parking garages accessed by a secured gate. Located across from the private beach access for Paradise Shores’ guest. For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex. 

You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the exercise facility. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

Great pkace!!

Unit was amazing!! Top of the line appliances, beautiful decor, very roomy. Only suggestions are renters need more than one key & door should lock without the key. Otherwise, this was our favorite place to stay in Mexico Beach so far!

Beach Getaway

The condo was huge and very well stocked. It was updated and maintained well.

The condo was huge and very well stocked. Appliances were all very nice and worked well. The master bedroom bed and the guest queen bed both need replaced. The mattress were not comfortable. I would also suggest giving more than one towel and washcloth per person. We had a party of 8 and I had to wash towels and washcloths everyday because we only had one each. The property is a very short walk to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would book this property again.

Family vacation with my teenage boys. Awesome

Could have used a map showing where pool/hot tub area is and gym. Several people coming and going with dogs, but site says not pet friendly. The condo was very well kept and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The sunsets and watching the dolphins in the water was great. The lady at the office was very welcoming and friendly. Overall an a.azing experience.

Mexico beach trip

We called maintenance, one of the beds was broken. It was fixed. The ice maker did not produce any ice. We reported that. It was never fixed. The refrigerator said the filter needed changing. The filter has to be changed for it to make ice. We had to buy ice. That was the main complaint.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is HUGE! Everything about it is updated and immaculate, and there is an over abundance of space. This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we were not disappointed. It is a lovely little strip of quiet beach with good foods spots - right next door and one a short drive up the road. We hope to visit this complex again in the future. The only suggestion I have is to add keyless entry - we arrived in the evening after the office is closed and had an issue getting in. Other than that, we loved the condo!

Property was as presented online. Easy access to beach, kitchen well furnished. The only negative we had was that the king and queen mattresses needs updating. Would very much consider renting again.
