Do not accept room 537
Room 537. Thermostat did not function so no air. No engineers on staff so could not be fixed. Should have moved rooms but was midnight when discovered. Might have been able to overcome that, but elevator movement/ sound/rumble very noticeable in room as you lie in bed. No credit at checkout offered for these issues so can't recommend.

We felt welcomed and supported the moment we walked through the doors. Every staff member we encountered was personable and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. I would not want to stay anywhere else. The hotel room was immaculate and the food was amazing. I now recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in the Philadelphia area.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The flavored water in the lobby was a nice plus as the location was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting UPENN or want to be near the Museum of Contemporary Art.
