This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath beachfront vacation home near the top of the Beach Colony east building on the fourteenth floor at the Beach Colony Resort overlooking the Gulf and beaches of Perdido Key from the private balcony. This privately owned condo comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 8 people including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a LCD television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, LCD television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, television and en suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom contains two full size beds and LCD television. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well. This condo has three full bathrooms and the master bath has a jetted tub with windows that look out towards the beach.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Perdido Key Beach. You'll find features like an indoor pool, a gym, and a water park. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Wonderful property, wonderful location, ideal for a vacation. The condo itself could be a tad bit more comfortable, but overall our experience was easy and relaxing. Getting in and out went well.

Beautiful Condo
The condo is beautiful and decorated nicely. The bed’s were a little uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the elevators were difficult, but despite these challenges we had a wonderful time.

MIL’s 70th was a hit!
We had the most amazing time at this property! There was 5 of us for my MIL’s 70th Birthday! She was blown away with how amazing the master was for her and her husband! Beach was great
The beds had no sheet and were not cleaned. There were crumbs in one bed and stains on mattress which caused us to have to sleep on top of the comforter. It was Christmas so there wasn’t anyone to inform of the issues. Other than that the view was great and the location is convenient.

Easter at Beach Colony
A great location with a great view. Spacious balcony with furniture for the whole family to enjoy. The interior design is the best that I have ever seen, and I have been staying in condos for 40 years. Only complaint is the 4PM check-in and the 10AM check-out.

Beautiful Resort with Excellent Spacious Condo
We had 8 people from ages 3-33 and all comfortably stayed in the sweet spot! We were glad we had an air mattress because there was not a pull out sofa like the listing suggest but plenty of room for an air mattress. There were two air mattresses in the closets but we had already brought our own so we chose to use it. The kitchen had plenty of items for cooking easy meals for our kiddos and the condo was close to everything so we could have date nights at the local Jellyfish and Dave’s SnoCones and Island Sweets. An absolute joy of a stay and we will be back!💙

Very nice condo in tired build and property
This was a really nice location. The condo is older and a little tired. Maintenance isn't being kept up with, but we just pretty much stayed in the condo and beach so no big deal. My biggest issue is that the master slide door is broken and I love to open it to fall asleep to sound of waves (that is why I booked this property - master opens to beach). It hasn't been fixed for a long time...previous reviewer also mentioned. I assumed it would be fixed by now. I notified mgmt company as it is a safety issue and they said it would be fixed ASAP, but they never showed up to fix it

A pleasant time for family.
Beautiful views and great appliances with nice kitchen wares. Foot wear is a must as the floors will leave your feet black, the furniture is a bit dated as is the patio furnishing. The construction noise was annoying. Floor below had a smoker and many dogs in the building. So will look else where next time. Warm regards, L. Hinders

Relaxing Getaway
Very nice view of the beach! We came during the end of August and rained most of our stay but we did get 3 days of beach time and it was perfect! Very spacious for the 6 of us that stayed. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. I don’t think there was anything that we disliked about the condo! Lots of things nearby to do and lots of places to eat some of the best seafood! Can’t wait to come back!

Disappointing Unit
The view from the balcony was amazing. It was downhill from there. One Unit description stated 3 BR listing 2 kings another listed 1 king 1 queen 2 singles. It did not have 2 king rooms. Unit was dirty. Bathrooms had hair all over. Caked dirt on vents and thick dust on worn furniture. Siding closet door in master was broken and not fixed during stay. Sliding doors very difficult to open and master BR slider stuck shut. Furniture on balcony had finish completely off of tables and chairs. Had stayed in a unit on 3rd floor a few years back and loved the location. Very disappointed in this one. Especially for the price paid. So not worth it. Check out nearby buildings for better units for the same or less and way better.

VERY CLEAN
This was a perfect little property for a week vacation. It was very clean. The balcony views were amazing. The décor wasn't something I prefer but it felt very homey. The property management group was awesome with any problems we had, the construction didn't even bother us because we were there for the beach. The construction people were even very very sweet. No problem using elevators or getting a cart. The king bed was a little too soft for our liking but the other beds were very firm. The beach was never too crowded. We just thought it was a great location.

The condo was beautiful and the beach was beautiful. There was construction on the buildings so the balcony didn’t have any furniture which was a real disappointment. The outdoor pools were closed but there was an indoor pool.
