Hotel is inside the airport. So convenient if you have a flight to catch the next day. Our terminal was a 5 minute walk (all inside the airport) it’s a bit on the pricy side & all cheap food options close at 9pm so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant. Food was good but expensive. We had no choice but to eat there. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was soundproof. Our room overlooked the tarmac but didn’t hear a sound.

The Sheraton was a welcomed oasis at the Paris CDG complex. It offered a most comfortable overnight prior to a long international flight. Friendly and professional service, along with a spacious quiet room that was well equipped with necessities plus. The bar was inviting, and the restaurant offered a nice variety of food well prepared. It was great being able to walk to gate in Terminal 2. Conveniently they provided a cart for luggage. Would highly recommend. Only negative, no department seemed to have change to break down a 20 euro. A bartender came to the rescue from his own pocket. Kudos to him and all at the Sheraton Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel.

There’s hardly any competition under the airport roof! A bit of a long roll with baggage but you are able to take a free baggage cart all the way there ( from baggage claim you will need to take an elevator up one). The people are welcoming and attentive and the rooms are very nice. No microwave but a water heater for instant coffee ( how can the French think that’s ok?). The buffet is very nice (well, unheated pancakes, that works for crepes…). You can get lots of cheaper options airside so its really an extravagance. Of note, when checking in fir your flight, there is now a dedicated lane for sky priority so look for this. It is actually probably slower but leads directly to the sky priority access for passport control which is definitely faster. Bon voyage

Room was nice size and neat. We had to wait at least 20 minutes at check in with only 3 people in front of me. Upon arrival in the room…no coffee, tea etc. no bottled water and an opened drink can in the mini fridge (nothing else) I went back down to the front desk and they provided all these items for me, but this seemed unprofessional for this quality of hotel

Great hotel that's in the Charles De Gaulle airport terminal. Fast, easy, convenient, comfortable. Room service 24 hrs for late night arrival, bar, and restaurant on site. So convenient!

Great Sheraton Hotel
Hotel is a good as expected of Sheraton. Only problem was the bar service. Chaotic is an earned description. There were 3 people around the bar area but there appeared to be one guy who randomly waited on people. Two of us had to raise our hand for service. We both had been there longer than the various people being helped. I was going to order food but I left.

perfect Hotel to be overnight at Paris airport, Room was OK but the shower kept turning cold and burning hot every 5 seconds, very annoying . The good part, you are wishing walking distance of your check in counter inside terminal 2
