Great location to Disney, and room is quite large, however construction work on the hotel started very early in the morning. Only 3 sachets of coffee provided for full stay and wouldn’t give any more. Beds are really uncomfortable. Hairdryer you have to borrow, rather than provided in room, no toaster. TV only has French channels, so pointless in it being in our room. Pool is open at times that can’t really be used as cold and doesn’t open until 10am. If you want somewhere cheap to stay near to Disney then it’s okay for a few days.

We booked queen beds with 2 single beds we didnot have what we paid for and the group was not happy as didn’t want to sleep together as not related as we were friends awful as we were told at 11.45pm these were the correct bedrooms We had rooms with dirty towels left in them Rooms with no towels at all When we had to pay taxes we were charged for children as well and didn’t want to help us sort out only paying for adults so I’ve been over chargers loads due to this would like a refund as totally unfair

Fabulous studio very clean and could see had recently been refurbed , great location and bakery next door was great. Pool area perfect to chill and location great for Disney but also short walk to train into central Paris.

So we arrived in the morning and the gentleman on reception pre checked us in and let us store our bags so we could go to the parks which was really helpful. On day 2, we paid for the on site breakfast. It was alright but there was a nice bakery around the corner that charged less. Besides that, the food was nice and I saw some of the other guests take some things to go so I did the same. As I got to my room I'm getting shouted at by one of the workers in French. I apologised saying I didn't speak French, to which she said "I will break into your room". I tried to query why but she just repeated herself. I tried to get away from her in my room which she tried to take a step in to follow me, continuing to shout and blocked me closing the door with her foot. I managed to get her out of my room but it made the rest of my stay stressful from her threat to break in. I ended up leaving a day early because of it.

We had no hot water for the time we were there but other than that the hotel was fantastic. I’d recommend it to anyone as the location to Disneyland was excellent. The bus stops literally outside. There is a great bakery just round the corner where you can get nice salads & other food.

The commendation overall was good. But it was not like the pictures. The whole room was old furniture but in the picture, it was all new furniture. Also, the bathroom sink and shower were both blocked the waste pipe was going very slowly to bring the dirt back. I couldn’t use the sink because of the dirt. Kitchen was fine everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable and a great swimming area.

Property was great for a budget stay, although the WiFi was a bit off as it didn’t work in the room, the water didn’t get hot but Luke warm and the toilet flush was inconsistent.

The room was a good size even when the sofa bed was pulled out. Although the bathroom was slightly mouldy it was overall very clean. The kids loved the pool and it could be seen from our balcony in the apartment. Website gave impression that it was closer to walk to Disneyland Paris than it was.

We stayed at this hotel two seperate times during our vacation. The first time we were in a renovated room, but we didn't know that. That was fine. The second time we were in an old room on the first floor. The walls were full of cracks, dust everywhere, damage on the floor and as a major bad point we had to hold the shower head ourselves, because the bracket was broken. After we had a conversation on location, the staff indicated that these rooms were indeed horrible and that we should just send an email to the manager. We did this and just like indicated in several reviews, we did not get a response. That’s the reason this hotel gets only one star.

The hotel seemed very overcrowded, people sat and waited to enter or depart hotel everywhere with suitcases. The girl on reception was not friendly or welcoming. I came to check in around 2 hours before check in time to let them know I was here to wait, they have a pool so assuming we would be able to use facilities. The girl told me, it’s not time yet, come back when it’s check in! She did not tell me that we were welcome to wait or sit or use facilities until I said I would be waiting - we are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, 1 is a baby. No care or decent customer service. The pool area was extremely crowded and busy, no space, no chairs, kids running and jumping over our heads into water with no supervision. People smoking inside pool area (strong smelling) It was possible many people were not guests at the hotel as you can just walk in from the street. The toilets around pool dirty, not checked or maintained and no toilet paper, soap etc. Would not recommend or stay.

Great place, clean and tidy, worth to stay for disneyland visit. Have small kitchen for simple cooking, but charge €2 for cleaning items which should be free. Room cleaning service needed to charge €150, which is not reasonable for few days stay. Close to outlet and shopping mall many nice food nearby.

Check in was at 4pm, we got there at 4:10 and the room wasn’t ready, we were told to wait a couple of hours! No sorry or any Offer of somewhere to rest after a 7 hour drive, they have air con in the room that doesn’t work so they replaced it with a fan, they threaten you with charges if you don’t empty your bins, while checking on they take a 150 euro deposit of your card in case of any extra cleaning they have to do when you leave and tell you it will be back on your card in 7 days and if it’s not, to ring the hotel. We was on the way back from Switzerland and just stopping at Disney for one day, I feel sorry for family’s that spend a long day at Disney and have to come back to that!
