We really liked the hotel; it was a great experience. The restaurant and buffet were the best part. The only things I didn’t like were that the hot water in the room was lukewarm and that the room temperature was set at 23 degrees by the hotel and couldn’t be adjusted.

Comment changed one night. Second night no coffee or room clean. Told at around 8.30 on third night no access to restaurant and for the second night the bar was closed. So had to go on a walk to find food. One night we had no tea … as restaurant fully closed and Gatsby closed. On arrival this info would be useful!!! Disappointed…

Le personnel est top, les chambres très bien, petit déjeuner 👍, le seul point négatif est qu'on doit supporter la musique des soirées jusqu'à 2h00 du matin. Nous étions au 2ème étage et la musique était très présente. Nous avions pris cette hôtel en pensant pouvoir nous reposer bah c'est raté....

Checked into an extremely dirty room. Was not vacuumed, and both beds had dirty linen with body fluids and hair all over. Really disappointed because we’ve stayed here twice before this and never had issues. Seemed like housekeeping was being rushed or not quality checking their work.
