Excellent staff, very nice location with free shuttle service for Orly Airport. Unfortunately it was away from CDG airport, but we took Metro to orly then took free shuttle service. If you have more than 4 passengers than it’s better to take taxi or under from CDG to reach hotel and then free shuttle to Metro at orly from where you can go to Paris by Metro

Friendly staff. Location is less than 10mins away from Orly airport, which offer free airport transfer. Room was nice & clean. They also have a swimming pool in the property. We really enjoyed the breakfast, starts at 5:30-9:30. I would recommend this place to my family & friends. Merci Novotel hotel!!!

Hotel is clean and modern. I appreciated the USB power port in our room. Rooms are a little small but manageable. Wanted to give a shout-out to the hotel staffer who literally ran down the airport shuttle after it drove right by the front door without picking me and my family up. Truly going the extra mile!

This was a nice place, very clean and updated lobby area—lots of things to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were decent for the price. They could update the carpeting in the bedrooms, but they were a bit dingy. Other than that it was great.

The reception staff was very pleasant and the food was good at the restaurant. The green shuttle will take you to and from the hotel and Orly, in case you are trying to find that info. Very convenient rooms for families.

Great hotel if you are flying out the next day at Orly airport. Very convenient and close. They provide a shuttle which was on time and it was free.
