On arrival the lady at the reception was reluctant to help and not very helpful. The next day we asked her a question while she was free and she shrugged us off and pointed us to her colleague who was attending to someone else so we had to wait.

Nice rooms but lacking in service
This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy but it was lacking in service. Our room key kept not working so we had to change it 4 times. Breakfast was ok but again service was lacking in many areas. It didn’t feel very hospitable.

It's conveniently located at the center of 13th cartier. The room was spacious, clean & had all amenities you need, including a refrigerator and a free bottle of water everyday. The staff speaks English well and the dining room was very clean and spacious. I will return to this hotel next time I come to Paris.

El hotel estás a las afueras de paris, aunque a 4 cuadras tienes un par de estaciones de metro e está alejado de todo lo turístico. El desayuno muy completo y las instalaciones están bien. El estacionamiento está en dl sótano del hotel pero cuidado con la entrada y salida porque el espacio es muy reducido

El servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO, nos movieron de habitación porque tenía una gotera. Ese día salimos todo el a conocer y cuando regresamos en la noche la persona de recepción no tenía idea que los habían movido, no quería entregar la llave del nuevo cuarto no le importó solucionar a las 12pm viéndonos con dos niñas pequeñas. Logramos solucionar llamando al manager del hotel a quien le explicamos e inmediatamente pidió que nos buscaran en el sistema y nos llevaran al nuevo cuarto. La verdad TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Metro fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lobby wurde renoviert, deshalb roch alles streng nach Farbe. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir zwar ein Wasserkocher, jedoch weder Tee noch Kaffee zum zubereiten.

Hotel net gerenoveerd- alles nieuw. Nette kamer met badkamer/douche cel en apart toilet. Wel erg warm op kamer. Parkeren onder hotel tegen €18 per dag. Op 10 minuten lopen van metro en 8 minuten van bus. Binnen half uurtje in centrum Parijs.

Excellent accueil dans un hôtel stylé
Très bon hôtel en cours de travaux. La chambre est spacieuse, très jolie. Par contre il manque à mon avis des mouchoirs en distributeur, un deuxième porte serviette obligatoirement. Les gel douche et shampoings qui étaient au sol étaient apparemment une anomalie. À souligner que l'accueil est vraiment très apprécié !!!
