The staff were very good. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, beds were excellent, towels and soap/shampoo a bit more basic than expected. The shuttle from CDG was excellent. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Poor management!!!!
We were traveling with a group of eight. Arrived at the hotel around one o’clock on October 17th. We all checked at the same time. Talked to the desk and asked if we could get a van for transportation at 7:00 am the next morning to the airport. They told us we were all signed up for that. When the shuttle arrives that morning They load our bags and then a couple shows up and gets the manger who says that we need to get out and we did not have reservations. We ended up paying for a taxi for the other couple. The manger and the driver were very rude and it took us at least 15 to 20 minutes before we got to leave. I will never stay at your hotel chain again. Another problem was that they decided to shut down the air conditioner in all the rooms. It was quite warm in Paris. Did not sleep well due too the heat in our rooms. The lobby had air conditioning. You probably don’t care about our experience.

Felt service was indifferent to us. At the restaurant we were ignored while customers who came in after were served before us. While they may not have been well trained there are some other possibilities. The room was clean but basic, paying extra for airport view is not worth it as the view was minimal. What surprised me was this is an American hotel chain but the television didn't have basic American channels such as CNN or even a European news channel such as BBC. Not very client friendly.

This was my second stay at Holiday Inn Express CDG in the past two months. The rooms are terrific; the staff is welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast, too. I will always stay here when I need a room at CDG.

I liked the proximity to the airport. It was raining when we landed at CDG and I found the shuttle train and figured out the stop - very close and fast. The walk from the shuttle stop to the hotel was covered, so we were dry even though walking when it was raining.
