I had an excellent stay at CitizenM! The room’s blackout shades, adjustable lighting, and “mood” features were fantastic and made for a restful sleep after my 13-hour flight. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials readily available—no need to dig through your suitcase for toiletries. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, greeting me upon arrival, assisting with check-in, and guiding me to my room. The location is another standout feature—easily walkable from the airport terminals, with clear signage to guide the way. Plus, it’s conveniently adjacent to the train and bus station, making it perfect for travelers. Highly recommend!

The check-in process was amazing. I love that but the room was so small in the bedsheets smell like wet dog so it was uncomfortable, especially when you wake up and your face is on the pillow and it just smells.

The room was cosy and the bed extraordinarily comfortable. Everything in the entire property was noticeably fresh and clean. The shower was a particularly pleasurable and relaxing one, with both a rain shower and a handheld shower. The breakfast was generous and tasty. My only disappointment was the 3 or 4 quiches from which to Choose upon my very late arrival. Mine turned out to be more of a tarte a lotion, blech!

It’s right next to terminal 3, with a free train to terminal 2. Super convenient. Great breakfast buffet. Dinner wasn’t too great but it’s food. Room itself was small but very clean and convenient. Everything’s high tech and controlled by the provided iPad. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy night before a flight the next day.
