Sand Castles West is convenient to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Near Pier Park (one mile) and Frank Brown Park, restaurants, golf and our beautiful emerald coast. BEST OF ALL, the beach is just steps from your door! Sand Castles West town homes are located right across the street from the beach. Enjoy a kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and the comforts of home.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony and feel the sweet salty breeze!

BEACH ACCESS
Your closest beach access is Public Beach Access 66. It is 0.2 miles to the right (west - opposite direction of WinnDixie). You'll pass Palmetto Inn & Suites then Palazzo on your left. Then you'll see Beach Access 66 a couple more blocks on your left.

Stay was fine but I contacted mgmt the first day about an issue and never got a response. I needed to extend my stay by another month and when I emailed they quoted the same pricing as original stay. Cleaning fee, host fees all that when I wasn’t actually moving out. I called 5 times to speak to someone about the price. Twice they answered and said someone would call me back. After 3 more calls I just found another rental for the next month. The property was as expected but the host was terrible with communication. Thankfully I had no emergency issues while there.

Nice little spot
We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty much anything that we needed was in the condo. Pool was right outside. Walk to the beach in minutes (very close). Price was affordable. We would stay here again. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!
