I’m highly disappointed and disgusted with our stay at this property. The outside of the property is very nice however when you go in it’s not that clean. For starters we found out on arrival that the elevator was broken so we had to lug everything including our ice chest upstairs. The room itself was not clean there was still hair and dirty walls not to mention as we were packing to leave we seen bed bugs in the room. I notified the staff when leaving and all they said was okay we will look at the room. Didn’t get compensated for any part of our stay. It was highly disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The rooms are pretty outdated the TVs in both rooms the remotes didn’t work properly. Had to get up to turn tv off. Bugs fell from the vent’s in bathroom. Caulking done on the bathroom sink looked like it had mold on it. Tubs need some TLC finish has been worn off and never go t any hot water. Grab and go but coffee is removed why not have it there all day. This reminded me of places my parents took me in the 60’s and 70’s. The outside is very deceiving to the inside

Don’t waste your money here!!
This hotel was a mess. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The AC was mediocre at best, so sleeping was uncomfortable. The room was not clean… some sort of small floating specks in the tub, the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned and had a message written on them from the previous guests when the steam gathered, a small smear of blood on the doorframe, and the sink stopper was broken. The vending machines for water bottles was also broken. When we told the front desk about some of the issues, we were told that they didn’t have maintenance on site during the weekend so they would take a look on Monday. We were checking out on Monday so it didn’t help us at all. Not a pleasant stay, and I would warn to steer clear and spend a little more money for a better stay somewhere else.

Very dirty, elevator broken, bad smell, told us about vending but all out of order, no ice machine, have the ability to make ice in room with over night freezing, something sticky on bathroom door handles, bed uncomfortable, plus the wife and I very itchy from bed and small bumps.

Broken elevator, no estimate to be fixed. I was on 2nd floor, had to haul luggage up and down stairs. Room very worn but clean. No operating phone, TV remote not working. Used personal phone to contact front desk was asked to bring the remote to front desk for batteries (stairs again) parking lot not secure, several houseless people in parking area participating in drug activity. Dirty dishes in hallway for entire 3 days at hotel. No shampoo in room, another trip to desk (stairs again) to get. Would not recommend will not stay here again.

Will never stay here again
No sign on the outside of the building. Elevator broken & had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. No daily room cleaning. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Black hairs all over my bathroom. Refrigerator that ran all night. Strange smells from strong cleaning products.
