My wife, toddler son, and I took a long weekend at the Cape with a few of our friends. In total, we had 8 adults and 2 infants/toddlers (10mo & 2yo)--the space perfectly accommodated everyone!
The location is fantastic--away from busy streets, but within walking distance to Rock Harbor Beach/Marsh--which is great for a morning/sunset stroll.
The amenities were as-advertised.
A chef's kitchen there is not, but there are plenty of spices and enough pots/pans/cooking utensils to whip up meals for a group.
The furniture is fine, though worn (one of the bar stools in the kitchen had a staple sticking out which cut my friend's leg). Otherwise, there is a minimum of other conveniences, such as hand soap. If you're ok with bringing your own bed sheets and pillow covers (we were), you should be satisfied.
There is a hot tub on site, but we were told it is not operational (it wasn't advertised in the listing, so we weren't even really expecting one).
The property is well-maintained and clean, though there are spiderwebs in most corners of the house.
Communication with the host (Monica) was straightforward with quick responsiveness.
