Horrible pet friendly policy!
I was very disappointed with my stay at Signia by Hilton, which markets itself as a “pet-friendly hotel.” My experience was far from pet-friendly. We were charged a pet fee without being informed at check-in that it was non-refundable, which felt dishonest. To make matters worse, we were later told that pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied. This policy makes it nearly impossible to enjoy a vacation and is certainly not what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be pet-friendly. Policies like these should be clearly communicated to guests before booking or at check-in, not discovered after the fact. The lack of transparency and true consideration for guests traveling with pets was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuinely pet-friendly experience.

This was a great hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One staff member spent a fair bit of time looking into transport options for us. On our day of checkout we were allowed to stay and use the pool and parking lot until our evening flights. The staff accommodated our room change request and the rooms were comfy and clean with great bedding and fantastic views.

Beautiful property. However no disposable shower caps and most hotels now have liquid pump soaps, not little bars that make a big mess and turn to mush. otherwise service and hotel great

The hotel said that they would refund me for this night and I have it documented in an email. They told me to reach out to expedia so that the refund can happen. I need my money back for this night. Had to change my room 3 times upon check in because none of the rooms were cleaned. There was hair, blood, and fecal matter on the sheets. Housekeeping even reached out to apologize to me. I need my money back ASAP.
