Well everything looked okay I had 5 people in my family and I put that down on hotels.com thought I paid everything online but when I got there I had to pay an extra 190+100 for deposit I didn’t like that at all we get to the room it only had 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa bed I had to put shirts on the mattress and fold up a shirt for pillow it was already a long day and I already asked for more towels and didn’t know I needed bedding didn’t think that was needed till I opened it up and seen only a mattress and there was stuff still hanging on the wall I guess last person left it and it didn’t get cleaned the shower still was slippery from whatever was used from the last person there. No hair dryer and the little coffee stand was not good there was nothing there like I’ve had better at $99 hotels far better so wasn’t impressed I kind of wish I never stayed there and got my money back

Stay was amazing. We absolutely loved it. The only issue I would is the wifi. I’m a Marriott member and the staff stated they would send an email. When I didn’t get that email, I tried asking for it at the front desk. The representative just stated to click the hues and enter the room number and it should be free since I’m a member. Thats didn’t happen. So that was a bit frustrating. Also, while the shuttle bus is a great service to the self Parker’s, the driver really should drive safe and not speed through. I have an infant and and a daughter that had to hold on to extra because they were scared of how fast they were driving.

It was great overall. Such a blessing to be in such a huge venue with 5,000 other Chosen fans! We loved our bellmen too. The only change to the room I’d make: the accent chair is way too small for most adults! Loved our pool view.

I was at a conference at the Gaylord and they were full, so I had to book at the Marriott. I wasn't happy about being there away from my friends and colleagues, but the front desk person (Fernanda), without asking me, put me in a super-nice huge bedroom that is part of a 22nd floor suite. She turned my trip around without even knowing it!

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a special conference. It was lovely. The staff was so kind, the room was beautiful and there was so many things to do. We felt we were well taken care of! We would love to come back again!

It is a beautiful and well maintained hotel. My event was huge with between 5,000 and 6,000 attendees. There were multiple other events taking place as well. The staff were very attentive and did a great job with so many people. I was especially impressed with the maid service. The hotel is massive but the service was prompt and it was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever visited. Kudos! It was well worth the price.
