This was the most uncomfortable hotel my family and I have stayed in on our 2 week vacation. After 3 days of the worst bed and pillows, we need a chiropractor for our backs. In addition, all items are over priced. And lastly, the hostess at the Hibachi restaurant was really rude, unprofessional and completely ignored my family when we were there for our reservation. She skipped us for another family, even after we were waiting for her to get off her call. Will definitely not be returning here.

To whom it may concern, one thing that really upset me and stressed me out was that they charged my CC a bill receipt that I paid at one of the restaurants and the workers did not know what they were doing. Jacqueline Dudley Marriott manager took almost 2 hours to be able to help me fix this because I insisted that I would not leave without seeing this on my bill. This didn’t have to happen and should have been taken care of right away especially because I had proof.

No patio or balcony and in addition, the room view that I got was of the lobby. If I'm not going to get a balcony/patio, then at least give me some sort of view. Otherwise it was very good. The self park is a long way away though.
