Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great view but needs repairs
Condo was clean when we arrived but did have a lot of damage. One of the outlets in our room was broken and covered in duct tape. The mirror closet door in our room was just sitting inside the closet and the mirror was broken. The side balcony door in the living area had a broken handle so the door wouldn’t even close or lock all the way which is pretty dangerous since we have a toddler and small children. There were no ceiling lights in the bedrooms only lamps which is odd. The wifi wouldn’t work. We talked to different people and they kept giving us the same password but when we would try to use it it would say invalid. Patio furniture needs some up keep and one of the chairs only had 3 legs so it wasn’t usable. We did however have great communication with the rental company and they offered to come fix the problems during our stay but since we were only there for a couple days we didn’t want to bother with that. We did absolutely love how large the balcony was and the views were amazing. Parking lot was nice and the pools and walk to the beach were beautiful. If the property didn’t have so many damages it would have been a perfect stay. Hopefully they will get them fixed soon.
