Ductless mini splits in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom ensure optimal temperature control. The Hideaway Junior shares a lush landscaped property with the attached Casa de Kona - Casita (Vrbo # 2084422), which can be rented separately or together as the larger Casa de Kona - Villa (Vrbo # 2084425). However, the Hideaway Junior retains its own private spaces. When you rent the Hideaway Junior, you will have a designated private entrance, a personal outdoor dining table on a private deck with a lounging area, a BBQ grill, a fire table, and a patio heater. The only shared space is the expansive grassy yard that extends beyond your deck. The maximum capacity for vehicles is 2, and street parking is available directly in front of the home.

Please note that there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed for parking, and street parking is available directly in front of the home. Street sweeping occurs every 2nd and 4th Monday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Kindly ensure your cars are moved accordingly during this time.
To comply with South Oceanside's residential noise ordinance laws, quiet hours at Casa de Kona begin at 10 PM and end at 10 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect these regulations.
Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, security cameras are installed in the exterior common areas and continuously monitor the property's perimeter.
