This beautiful upstairs unit has has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for your family after a long day at the beach. We even provide a few basic pantry items (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc...)
The living room / dining room all open to the kitchen and have a view of the ocean. We get such great ocean breezes in this unit so turn off the AC and open the windows (when it's not too hot of course). The couch has a full size pull out mattress.
The balcony has a propane bbq (we provide propane). We have great Air Conditioning (don't be fooled you do need it in Newport)! We provide boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach.
The master bedroom is large and has an attached bathroom, large closet and dresser. The queen bedroom is also large and has a nice built in closet for your clothes. The third room has a queen bed and two twin bunks. All bedrooms have a wall mounted SmarTV with access to streaming apps. We provide YouTube TV.
If you haven't visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun. It's very laid back here. Just bring your bathing suit and some flip flops. You can rent paddle boards, Duffy boats, take sunset cruises, whale watch and so much more. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away, Legoland is 1 hour away, and Los Angeles is 1 hour away. Balboa Island, Lido Island should not be missed during your stay. And from here you can get to so many other amazing beaches including Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach and more!
Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. There are no visitors permitted to the house without prior permission from the host.
Families please note that this is an upstairs unit and noise does transfer through the floors. If it will be hard to keep kids from running, jumping, and being noisy, please consider renting a downstairs unit.
If you need additional space, you can rent the downstairs unit which is also a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom. Listing number 2185490 for downstairs, or if your renting both units under one name then use listing number: 2179415.
Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues. Consider travel insurance.
Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).
