Wow. First class from the moment we arrived in the carpark. The Room was spacious with everything you could possibly need . Our only criticism would be the beds are very small doubles. The room had a view that we asked for. The staff were well spoken confident and very polite The young lady who attended to us in the Malvern restaurant was extremely helpful very polite.

Comfortable and warm, 11th floor therefore quiet. Reception, concierge and dining room staff all very friendly and helpful. The lift is a big problem, just doesn’t seem to operate efficiently. Evening meal dinner service was extremely slow, apparently skeleton staff due to illness. Food, could not recommend. Nut roast e.g. was floating in gravy, root veg, and roast soggy so basically inedible. Sliced sirloin similar. Unfortunate. Stayed many times before and no doubt will have a return visit.

Lovely hotel with some minor fixes
Lovely breakaway in the hotel. The decor and feel of the hotel is really nice and feels luxurious. Only issues we had were the 2 elevators were very slow and we often had to wait a long time for one to arrive and then had to ride it up and down several times to get to the floor we wanted. Also the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The shower/ bath in particular was a little dirty which could have been easily cleaned.

We’re booked in the apartment went to hotel to check in to be told go to apartment to check in went there but the guy on reception was unhelpful the room was so bad we didn’t stay there broken windows boarded with cereal boxes and very dirty we were able to move to the hotel

Avoid unless you are a penguin.
Perhaps the most miserable experience I have ever had in a hotel and trust me I have stayed in hundreds on business and pleasure over the years. Check in fine, went up to suite and it was past the point of cold, so set the heating system and left for an engagement, got back and it was still absolutely Baltic. Went down to reception and was offered blankets for the beds.....You pay for a 2 bed apartment to enjoy the space and lounge and the option is "go to bed to keep warm" no suggestion of another room etc, I mentioned it to the guy on reception in the morning and stressed how unhappy we had been and he tried to contact the Duty Manager with no success and said the hotel would definitely be in contact - weeks later absolutely nothing. Shabby service and completely unaccetable accomodation.

Enjoyable stay
Pleasant stay, excellent location. Apartment was clean but a few mark on walls and furniture, also net curtains were ripped in every room. (We reported this to reception). Could do with providing extra bin bags, washing up liquid and sponge in kitchen.

Staff were rude and the young chap who was parking my car, was very rude. I was disabled parker, the young guy was very rude. This hotel was recommended to me, but never again will i stay there. No consideration for disabled customers

My family and I have stayed at the Vermont several times before and always enjoyed our stay. Sadly on this occasion there were towels with brown stains/bits stuck to them, which was disgusting. We complained on check out and were advised to send an email to the manager with the photos we had taken. Sadly over a week later, we have not received any response. Check in also took an overly long time (around 30 minutes) and there was loud music playing until late in the night.
