AMAZING! This Ace gets my favorite vote. You all did it right and I loved the lounge vibe that welcomes you when you walk in. The room was perfect and enough room to feel spacious. The train stop is across the street and immediate access to A and C trains. I’ve bookmarked this locations as my forever stay when coming to Brooklyn.

I loved the stay, the room service was amazing, room was my type of style, the only thing I would say I didn’t like was how the shower didn’t close it was a half glass shower but for some, that might be your thing, just for me the water was coming out of the shower but overall I would stay again.

I am a regular at the Ace hotel in Brooklyn. This visit was no different from previous ones (very comfortable and room, lovely breakfast options downstairs, location that meets my needs) except for the service I received at checkout. The attendant seemed annoyed that I asked for a receipt for my stay, told me that I would get it later in the day and seemed upset when I insisted that I wanted to see it while I was there. I’m still waiting for the receipt, four hours after checking out.
