We only stayed one night, all was excellent and we had a 7 minute walk to the Via station (Gare du Palais) downtown. On the down side, the bathroom was small ( but worked for us)… it would be a struggle for bigger folks.

Had an issue with the air conditioning and the maintenance guy just didn’t want to deal with it and wasn’t listening to our concern. Spoke to the front desk and only got 15 percent off two night when we had issues from the get go. Didn’t bother to deal with it after since was only there one more night.

Well priced in the heart of downtown
Very clean & comfortable room. Well priced in the heart of downtown. Has an arrangement with a garage to park your car underground for a reasonable fee. Did not need the car for all 3 days. Metro at walking distance. Knowledgeable concierge. Very good breakfast options in their restaurant.

The room was small, the washroom was extremely small and not cleaned properly. Hair in the shower the toiletries were empty and not enough towels. Don't even let me talk about what I saw on the bed sheets. For the money spent and the type of hotel it did not meet up to expectations. Sorry
