Great location as far as walking distance to the Bell Centre or shopping on St Catherine street. The outside is definitely aged yet the inside is nice. Rooms are updated yet washroom is a little dated and drains in need of unplugging. There was a very small window in the room which looked on to a wall of the neighbouring building a few feet away. There is a Cora's restaurant accessible to the hotel lobby.

While I was in the lobby, two staff members were discussing me in a manner that I found inappropriate. I had a friend visit me, and we spent some time chatting in the sitting area of the lobby. I don’t believe it is wrong to have a guest visit and have a conversation in a public area of the hotel. However, I was disappointed to witness this behavior from the staff. It was troubling to see such conduct, and I felt uncomfortable knowing that I was being talked about in this way. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure that all guests feel respected and welcome during their stay.

The hotel is at a good location, near the shopping street and metro. Due to the location, it is very noisy and the heat started often and is so loud that it was waking us up all night. Important to note that the hotel doesn’t have a parking

This is a good value hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. It's a short walk to the Metro (green and orange lines) as well as shopping and dining. The room was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, mini fridge, and TV. I'd selected a small room, so it was only a shower stall, no tub in tiny the bathroom. There was some water damage to the walls in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was in good shape. The carpeting in the lobby could do with a deep clean or replacement as it had a bit of a musty odor.
