The tv was broken and I reported it to the staff. Then after check out I was charged $800 for something I wasn’t responsible for. Fighting the charges through my credit card company and no one from the hotel would take my calls or help remedy the situation.

The was very hot , the staff was very un helpful and did not know everything or how to do their job. The manager D and the front desk attendant. Gigi should all be fired as well as the night attendant Saturday night that was there at 8:30 till 9:30 .
