The hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast had something for everybody and the hospitality room snacks made an excellent dinner when we had no other plans. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The view from our room was excellent, the property was clean, the food was delicious and the customer service from Saul, Paola, Valeria and Violeta was superb in the restaurant. All staff was very courteous. Highly recommend it

This hotel is likely a very old hotel. The stay was good but the rooms, especially the bathroom screams for renovation. The grout of the tiles is falling, paint is old and cheaply done. The AC cools but not great. I had a pretty warm night at what the AC thermostat said 20 degrees celsius.
