Located west of Amsterdam city center, this apartment hotel offers clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, and the location is excellent, with tram and bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away (50 meters). There are also supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I have provided more detailed comments about the room below. Room: Spacious room, clean, small kitchen well equipped (kettle, Nespresso capsel machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plates and glasses for 4 people, even boiler and so on.) We didn't use most of it because of our short stay, but it was all working. Smart TV (with Netflix, Youtube, Prime video all ready to use), big sofa that can be unfolded and turned into a bed for 2 people. A table for 4 people. The only thing was that there was no rug on the floor in the very feeling of the room, it would have been nicer if there was, because it was cold otherwise. Secondly, the central ventilation in the room did not give hot air even at max temperature (24 degrees), on the contrary it was cool. Especially at night we had to turn it off to avoid the cold. On our last night we even had to use the extra blankets in the room. I don't know if this is really a problem or normal for Amsterdam, because in our previous hotel the air conditioning was only cold. Walkability: Tram and bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Bus 21 takes 20 minutes to the Central station and Tram 7 takes 15-20 minutes to citycenter.

Great room for my families of 5 adults. We had a 3 bedroom which was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant on main level nice and convenient after a long day touring. Short walk to bus to get you to the city centre. Staff great and helpful with all our questions.

Sessiz ve güzel bir alanda yerleşmiş apart bir otel. Ancak maalesef hijyen açısından bazı standartlar olmalı. İki kez kaldık, ilkinde çok kötü, kirli bir odaya denk geldik. İkinci kalışımız ise oldukça temiz bir odaydı. Bu odalar haftada bir kez temizleniyor ve burası bir apart otel. Biz ilk gittiğimizde kaldığımız odada herşey özellikle yatak çarşafları, yastıkları ve örtüleri gayet temizdi. Ancak salondaki oturma gruplarının üzerinde lekeler vardı. Bir çok kişinin burayı gayet hoyratça kullandığı ve bu mobilyaların temizlenmediği belliydi. Zaten bunların temizlenmesinin çok güç olduğunun da farkındayım. Ama evet, insan biraz tedirgin oluyor hijyen açısından. Buna karşılık ikinci kaldığımız oda (aynı oda grubu ama farklı bir kat) çok daha temiz ve hijyenik görünüyordu. Mobilyalarda tek bir leke dahi yoktu. En ufak bir toz emaresine bile rastlamadık. Yani sanırım biraz da şans meselesi. Sizden önce kimin kaldığı, nasıl davrandığına bağlı odanın durumu. Bunu biraz yadırgadım doğrusu, bir standardizasyon sağlanamaması hayal kırıklığı yarattı bende. Bir işletmenin her odasının aynı standartta olması gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Odaların özellikle de hijyenik şartları standart olmalı.. Bu şansa bırakılamaz.
