Bathroom ceiling leak smh
As soon as we entered the room the bathroom needed to be used after a long to from Virginia, however, ALL 3 of the occupants got water dropped on our heads from a leak right above the toilet seat. Took maintenance over 30 minutes to come then another 30 minutes to try to fix meanwhile None of us could get ready for our family meeting as the bathroom shower was held up as a result. So we were late arriving for our family day smh

Our stay was great except for the fact that the hotel definitely needs updating. Like her rid of big mirrors behind the big flat screen TV, as the mirror is totally useless and Mount the TV on the wall, not taking up valuable counter space.

Short trip to L.I.
Staff was friendly and hard working. Condition was average, could hear the customer above pacing the floor every morning at 6 a.m. waking us up. Room was always warm and humid, had to open the window slightly as comfort control wasn’t working properly. Lighting in bathroom sink area was inadequate. Bed was not comfortable and pillows quite thin.
